Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
4.4. Confirmation
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or notification from us.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
6. Travel Documents and Requirements
6.1. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all travelers in your booking have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
6.2. Health Requirements
You must comply with all health requirements and recommendations for your destination, including vaccinations and health screenings.
6.3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
7. Umrah and Badal Services
7.1. Religious Compliance
Our Umrah and Badal services are conducted in accordance with Islamic principles. Participants must respect and adhere to the religious requirements and etiquette associated with these pilgrimages.
7.2. Third-Party Service Providers
We may engage third-party service providers, including but not limited to transportation companies, hotels, and local guides, to fulfill our services. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.
7.3. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to our services as necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in local regulations, weather conditions, or security concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and mobile applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Ommri or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from our Services without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ommri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ommri, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
